Gathered beneath lush palms, a community of graceful figures fills the scene with quiet strength and warmth. Flowing garments in soft rose, aqua, yellow, peach, and earthy brown create a gentle rhythm against the rich green landscape. Distinctive hairstyles, patterned fabrics, and luminous gold adornments give each figure an individual presence within the shared moment.

Created by Kathy Yolanda Rice using colored linen paper, pastel, watercolor, acrylic, and her signature gold ink, the original mixed-media artwork brings together tactile texture, expressive marks, and layered color.

The Gathering evokes the comfort of belonging—the beauty of coming together while honoring all that makes each person unique. A meaningful choice for celebrating friendship, family, and community.

Reproduced as an Afrocentric lithograph on premium, heavy cardstock with brilliant hot-stamped gold details, this art card offers beauty to share and treasure.
